A Cozy Chat: My Plans for 2024 and a Simple Living Journey
Hey Everyone,
I hope the start of 2024 is treating you well! If it isn't, here's your reminder not to give up. I mentioned a month or so back that I was applying for a business grant. Well, I didn't get that particular grant this cycle, but I will try again. There are a few smaller grants that I am going for this year as well. I will keep going!
Vision & Mood Board
As I ease into this new year, I've been thinking a lot about simplifying life, organizing spaces, and embracing the calm that comes with it. I've got a bit of a quirky tradition—my personal new year kicks off in March. It's during this time that I'll be setting some intentional goals, inspired by a vision and mood board I just put together. You can read more about it and see what it looks like this year right here. It's a completely different approach than ones I have done in the past, although it still holds its creative collage visual—which is a personal preference and makes it fun for me to look at every day.
Simplified Living
With that said, throughout this year, I'll also be tackling some decluttering and organizing of physical, digital, and spiritual practices and disciplines in the year 2024. I'll be sharing much of that part of the journey on the YouTube Channel (and the blog). The channel is public, but some of the videos will only be accessible through a link that I will share through this email list. Nonetheless, there are several uploaded videos that I have done over the past year that you can access at any time, all with a variety of personal life topics. I'll be organizing this YouTube channel so that it flows better within categories this year.
Book Club Update
This year's book club picks are being selected! I'll be choosing a couple of reads that have inspired me, and I think they might resonate with you too. Let's read together and share our thoughts!
I'm looking forward to taking this journey towards simplicity with you. No pressure, just a cozy chat about life, goals, and the little things that make us smile. I'm going for a life and lifestyle that actually FEELS good!
